Sklar Exploration Company is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company. For nearly a century and under the leadership of three generations, Sklar has prospered in the oil and gas industry. With offices in Boulder, Colorado and Shreveport, Louisiana, Sklar Exploration Company, and its affiliate Sklarco, LLC, own an interest in nearly 1,000 wells across the United States, and operate approximately 60 of those wells. Currently, Sklar’s areas of operation include Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Texas and Wyoming.
